Spiritual Counselling with a Priest
A confidential space for reflection, healing, and guidance
The Ancient Apostolic Catholic Church offers spiritual counselling for those seeking support, clarity, or encouragement in their personal and faith journey. This service is provided by one of our priests, trained in pastoral care and committed to walking alongside individuals with compassion and discretion.
What the service involves:
One-to-one conversation with a priest in a safe, confidential setting
Listening and guidance rooted in Scripture, tradition, and prayer
Support through life’s challenges, including grief, anxiety, relationship difficulties, vocational discernment, or spiritual dryness
Help in deepening your faith, understanding your calling, or reconnecting with God
No judgement—just presence, prayer, and pastoral care
Spiritual counselling is not psychological therapy, but a sacred space where faith and life meet. Whether you are facing a difficult decision, seeking peace, or simply needing someone to talk to, our priests are here to support you.
Sessions are available online, via Zoom or WhatsApp.

Spiritual counselling in the Catholic tradition offers a gentle and confidential space where individuals can explore their inner life in the light of faith. It is not psychological therapy, but a pastoral ministry rooted in the Church’s care for the whole person—body, mind, and soul. Those who seek spiritual counselling may be facing personal challenges, emotional burdens, or moments of uncertainty, and wish to reflect on these experiences with the guidance of a priest who listens with compassion and responds with wisdom drawn from Scripture, tradition, and prayer.
During a session, the priest offers a calm and respectful presence, helping the individual to discern God’s voice in their life and to find clarity, peace, or direction. The conversation may touch on matters such as grief, anxiety, relationships, vocation, or spiritual dryness. It may also involve reflection on conscience, forgiveness, or the desire to grow in prayer and holiness. The priest may suggest spiritual practices, readings, or sacramental participation to support the person’s journey, always respecting their pace and personal circumstances.
Spiritual counselling is a ministry of accompaniment—walking alongside those who seek healing, encouragement, or a deeper relationship with God. Whether someone is struggling, discerning, or simply seeking to be heard, they will be met with kindness, discretion, and prayerful attention.
